WhatsApp Data: To provide our services, we process data through the WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Web, including phone numbers, message content, and contact profile information of your customers.

Google User Data: If you choose to link your Google account to our platform, we collect and process data authorized by you via Google OAuth 2.0. This includes:
• Google Calendar: Access to view, create, and edit calendar events to enable scheduling by our AI Agent.
• Google Sheets: Access to view, read, and write spreadsheet data to enable data appending, updating, and retrieval inside automation nodes.
• Gmail: Access to read and send email messages on your behalf if you configure email automation nodes or notifications.

Usage Data: We collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs to improve platform performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage your account and automation flows.
  • To facilitate communication between you and your customers via WhatsApp.
  • To integrate with Google Workspace services (Calendar scheduling, Sheets logging, and Gmail notifications) as configured by you.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations, Meta's Platform Policies, and Google's Developer Policies.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use)

The AiBot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not share, sell, or use Google user data for serving advertisements, building user profiles, or any third-party marketing actions. User data obtained through Google APIs is strictly used to provide, maintain, and improve the specific automation features (such as Sheets synchronization and Calendar booking) within your account.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Meta/WhatsApp: As necessary to transmit messages and manage your WhatsApp Business Account.
  • Google API Services: As authorized by you to interact with Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail on your behalf.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., Vercel, AWS), and payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Users can request data deletion at any time by contacting support or using the "Delete Account" feature in settings. Upon deletion, all personal data, WhatsApp instance data, and linked Google API tokens will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have specific rights under GDPR regarding data portability and processing restrictions.
