By accessing or using The AiBot (theaibot.io) and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for all activities that occur under your credentials.
3. Third-Party Policy Compliance (Meta & Google)
Our platform integrates with third-party service providers, including Meta (WhatsApp) and Google. By using The AiBot, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and developer policies set forth by these providers:
- Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Platform Terms.
- Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Failure to comply with these third-party terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account or access keys without refund.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use The AiBot to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing campaigns that violate telecommunication laws.
- Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform or bypass its API rate limits.
5. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The AiBot is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of Google account data, WhatsApp account bans, or loss of business data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
