CRM & Contacts

Manage your leads, contacts, tags, funnel stages, and custom fields.

Saving Contacts

When someone messages you on WhatsApp, they appear in your Inbox. To save them as a CRM contact:

1. Open the chat in the Inbox.
2. In the right panel, fill in their Name.
3. Click Save to CRM.
4. You can then assign a Funnel Stage, add Tags, assign an Agent, and write Notes.

You can also auto-save contacts using the Save Contact node in your automation flows.

Importing from Excel/CSV

1. Go to Dashboard β†’ Contacts β†’ Import (top right button).
2. Download the sample template to see the correct format.
3. Fill your spreadsheet with these columns:
   β€’ phone (required) β€” International format without + (e.g. 923001234567)
   β€’ name β€” Contact's full name
β€’ stage β€” Funnel stage name (must match exactly)
   β€’ tags β€” Comma-separated tag names
4. Upload the .xlsx file.
5. Preview the import and click Confirm Import.

Note: Duplicate phone numbers will be skipped automatically.

Tags & Funnel Stages

Tags categorize contacts for filtering and campaigns:
β€’ Create tags at Settings β†’ Tags.
β€’ Add tags from the contact panel or during import.
β€’ Filter contacts by tag in the Contacts table.

Funnel Stages track where a lead is in your sales pipeline:
β€’ Create stages at Settings β†’ Funnels (e.g. New Lead β†’ Contacted β†’ Proposal Sent β†’ Won β†’ Lost).
β€’ Move contacts between stages from their profile.
β€’ Use the Condition node in flows to branch based on funnel stage.

Custom Fields

Add extra data fields to your contacts beyond the defaults:

1. Go to Settings β†’ Custom Fields β†’ Add Field.
2. Enter a field Label (shown in UI) and Key (used in flows, e.g. vehicle_model).
3. Choose a Type: Text, Number, or Date.
4. In flows, use the Save Contact node to populate custom fields via variables.
5. Custom fields appear in the contact's right panel in the Inbox.
