Getting Started

1. Visit theaibot.io and click Sign Up.
2. Enter your email address and a strong password (minimum 8 characters).
3. Click Sign Up — a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your email.
4. Enter the code on the verification screen. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
5. If you don't receive the email, check your Spam/Junk folder or click Resend Code.
6. After successful verification, you'll be taken to your dashboard automatically.

Go to Dashboard → Connections and click Add Connection. You have two options:

Option 1 — WhatsApp Web (Baileys):
• Free, works instantly.
• Open WhatsApp on your phone → tap the 3 dots → Linked Devices → Link a Device.
• Scan the QR code shown in the dashboard.
• Status will turn Online (green) within a few seconds.
• Keep your phone connected to the internet to maintain the connection.

Option 2 — WhatsApp Business API (WABA / Official Meta API):
• Requires an approved Meta Business Account.
• No phone needs to remain online — great for high volume.
• Required for mass campaigns.
• Enter your Meta Token, Phone Number ID, and Business ID in the connection form.

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team.
2. Scroll to Invite Team Member.
3. Enter the team member's email address.
4. Choose a role:
   • Owner — Full access to all settings, billing, and data.
   • Member — Access to inbox, contacts, and automations (no billing/settings access).
5. Click Invite Team Member.
6. They'll receive an email with a link to create their account and join your team.
